About the event
Have fun learning how to make perfectly delicious sponge cupcakes and decorate them in a “Vintage” theme with sugar paste, using various cutters and moulds and adding the finishing touch with sugar craft decorations and pearl dusting.
Book your place on this fun and informative sugarcraft class and learn the art of baking, icing and decorating beautiful cupcakes, fit for the most sophisticated of events.
This class, to be hosted at the Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is ideal both for beginners and for those wishing to perfect their baking and decorating skills, and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will bake, ice and decorate 8 cupcakes.
Julie will share lots of tips and hints during the class and will of course answer all your questions.
