Online Macaron Masterclass with Gaye

If you set yourself the challenge of perfecting the art of "macaronage" during lockdown and are feeling a little frustrated with your results to date, why not book an online class - perhaps with a few friends  - and learn with The Real Macaron Company. 

In this interactive online class, Gaye will take you step by step through the process to make the perfect macaron, sharing lots of tips and advice to ensure that you can make these cute, but challenging, sweet treats successfully in the comfort of your own home.

This class, which is held on Zoom, is limited to a maximum of 6 people, ( a minimumof two participants is required for the class to go ahead) ensuring that all participants benefit from one-to-one teaching during the class.  Equipment and ingredients lists will be sent to each participant by email following registration.  The Real Macaron Company recipe will be shared with participants and a copy emailed after the class.
