Buttercream Piping Skills Saturday June 7th

Book your place on this fun and informative class and take home an amazing sponge cake beautifully decorated with buttercream piping.

During the class Julie Hancock will teach you various skills to cover and decorate a sponge cake using buttercream.  

This class, to be hosted at Janice B's Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, is suitable for all and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will cut, fill, cover, ice and decorate a delicious moist sponge cake with buttercream piping. You will be able to incorporate your own ideas and creative flair to the cake. 

Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of tips and hints and will, of course, answer all your questions.
